Ensuring GDPR Compliance

NETSCOUT Ensuring GDPR Compliance

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a landmark European privacy law that seeks to strengthen and unify data protection for all individuals within the European Union (EU). Key initiatives put forth by the GDPR include privacy by design, transparency, and responsibility and accountability. The GDPR regulates the processing of personal data about EU individuals, including the collection, storage, transfer, or use of such.

NETSCOUT fully supports the GDPR and is committed to ensuring our compliance with these regulations and any future privacy mandates. Our customers can rely on NETSCOUT’s privacy and security offerings to achieve GDPR compliance within their own organizations.

As part of our ongoing commitment to privacy, NETSCOUT constantly works to embed data protection principles deeply within our business processes and products, with the objective that technical and organizational security measures limit, by default, the amount and use of personal data. This work continues to strengthen controls already in place to limit access to personal data.

GDPR impact on the Export of Data
